St. Francis Regional Medical Center offers Medical Therapeutic Yoga Workshop on Nov.4

SHAKOPEE, Minn. (October 9, 2017) — Join us for a Medical Therapeutic Yoga Workshop on Saturday, Nov. 4 from 9 a.m. to noon or 1 to 4 p.m. (if the morning class fills) at St. Francis Rehabilitation Services, 1601 St. Francis Ave., Suite 200 in Shakopee.

At this workshop, you'll learn and explore:

  • yoga's philosophy and history, along with the ways that yoga can be integrated into your day.
  • varied yoga poses and ways of breathing, postures and meditation.

No experience is needed to attend this workshop. Wear comfortable, loose clothing. Yoga mats, chairs and supplies are available. Resource handouts are provided, including information covered in the workshop, class notes and an outlined yoga sequence for practice at home.

Space is limited, and the deadline for registration is Tuesday, Oct. 31. Cost is $55. To register, email Roselee.Wondra@allina.com.
