(SHAKOPEE, Minn., December 16, 2009) Dr. Barbara Seizert is now seeing patients at the St. Francis Orthopedic & Neuroscience Center on the St. Francis campus.  Dr. Seizert is a Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician and has been with Sister Kenny Rehabilitation Associates for 20 years. Sister Kenny Rehabilitation Institute is the leading rehabilitation provider in the region. Dr. Seizert treats patients of all ages, including pediatric patients with spina bifida.  She has specialized training in spinal cord injury medicine, osteo arthritis/degenerative joint disease, post polio syndrome, arthritis rehabilitation, electromyography, low back pain management, fibromyalgia and other musculoskeletal conditions.

 

Dr. Barbara Seizert has been named in Minneapolis-St. Paul Magazine’s 'Top Doctors' issue.

Dr. Seizert received her medical training from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia. She is board certified by the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the American Board of Electrodiagnostic Medicine. Dr. Seizert is on staff at Sister Kenny Rehabilitation Institute, Abbott Northwestern Hospital, Childrens Hospitals and Clinics, and St. Francis Regional Medical Center.
