St. Francis Welcomes New Vice President and Director of Human Resources

Sally Haack joins St. Francis from Fairview Health Services and will lead employee engagement, recruiting, labor and union relations and other HR initiatives for the organization

SHAKOPEE, Minn. (June 15, 2018) – Mike McMahan, president of St. Francis Regional Medical Center, and Jim McGlade, vice president of Human Resources at Allina Health, have appointed Sally Haack as Vice President and Director of Human Resources at St. Francis Regional Medical Center.

Her first day in this role was Monday, June 11.Sally joins St. Francis from Fairview Health Services, where she supported Fairview Ridges, Fairview Southdale and Bethesda Hospitals as a Human Resources Strategist. She has held human resources positions in the Fairview system since 2005 and has a deep understanding of metro-area healthcare systems and employment matters.

“Human Resources in the healthcare field is about equipping staff to provide the best care experience for patients and their families – and I am honored to have a role in that,” says Sally. “I can’t wait to meet all of the great staff, providers and volunteers that make St. Francis a wonderful place to work and receive care.”

Sally has a Bachelor’s degree in business administration from Dordt College and lives in Prior Lake with her family.
